Mr. Robb McIntosh has over 35 years of diversified experience in the development of complex hardware and software systems in both the private and public sectors. His experience covers business and software analysis, process mapping and reengineering, project management, business solution selections and implementations. Mr. McIntosh is proficient in business applications, information technologies, project management and tracking tools, and cradle to grave deliverables.

Mr. McIntosh has been associated with AEF since 2007. Prior to that, he was MIS Director for the City of Anaheim, where he supported all applications for all departments, including their public utility.
