Mr. Wacker earned a Ph.D. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He draws on his broad practical experience, as well as sophisticated analytical training, to integrate information technology with organizational dynamics. He focuses on business process analysis, information usage, operational metrics, workload analysis, organizational change, and risk assessment. Mr. Wacker has assisted many clients in assessing, planning, and implementing information systems.

Mr. Wacker was a manager in the Los Angeles consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche.
